This notice at collection is provided as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It describes the categories of Personal Information collected on the lisafive.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”), the business or commercial purposes for which the categories of personal information will be used, our practices regarding the sale of Personal Information, and where to find our privacy policy.

For purposes of the CCPA, we do not sell Personal Information. We have not sold Personal Information to third parties in the past twelve (12) months, nor do we have actual knowledge of any sale of Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.
